Shipping policy

Orders are processed within one business day (not including weekends or holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from the time they are shipped. If you have not received your order within five business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please email hello@lookoptic.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, with no questions asked. That's how confident we are that you will love your new glasses.
