The Sullivan readers are a great pair of glasses, very comfortable to wear. The shape and color - more of a charcoal grey than expected, but love - are sophisticated looking and enhance any outfit.

Going to submit for an exchange - the magnification was off compared to other brands. Frames were light , comfortable and flattering.
Return/Exchange policy isn't great. They say 90 days free but fine print has a lot of extra fees. When purchasing glasses on line there should be A LOT more flexibility for style, magnification and color exchanges.
Warby does it right with try on options and returns. This brand is super expensive - they should do better - esp if they want to charge almost double of their competitors.
